If you purchased items from a business to be delivered, it is their responsibility to make sure those items are appropriately delivered to you and the address provided at the time of ordering.
Although you paid using Vyne, we do not have any visibility or control over the fulfilment and delivery of an order as this sits entirely with the merchant you purchased from. Therefore, if you have not received your order within the prescribed delivery timeframe, we would recommend contacting the merchant directly to clarify this.
From there, they should be able to advise on any delays, look to resend the order or issue a refund.
