Searching, filtering & generating reports

We understand how important it is to find the information you need quickly and effortlessly. That’s why we’ve made it simple to search and filter through all your payments, whether you're trying to locate a specific transaction or generate custom reports. Depending on whether you're using the Merchant/Partner portal or the No-code Payment Links Portal, you’ll find slightly different options available to guide you in this process. Please see below for further assistance.

Merchant/Partner portal

To help you efficiently locate a specific payment, you can search for the following options on the 'Single Payments' page within the Merchant/Partner portal: Payment amount, Payment ID, Customer and Merchant reference, or Description.

You also have the option to filter your payment data to display specific information, which can be particularly useful for generating reports. This functionality is located in the top right corner of the Single Payments page and allows you to filter by the relevant Settlement account (if applicable), payment status, and transaction date range.

No-code Payment Links portal

In the No-code Payment Links portal, you will encounter search and filtering options that are specifically tailored to the payment links you create and distribute. These options utilise the exact fields that you filled out during the link generation process, including the payment reference, customer name, and payment amount. Additionally, you can filter by payment status and the expiry date associated with the payment link.

Generating reports

Once you have filtered the information to display the desired payments on the Single Payments, Payment Links, or Reconciliation pages, you can download the data in .CSV format. To do this, simply click the Download button, and we will promptly send you an email with access to the requested report.
