Are there any exceptions to what I can sell via Vyne?
Vyne is an account-to-account payment provider and our remit only involves processing payments. Any limitations on goods or services, such as hemp or hemp-related products in the US, need to adhere to Wix guidelines.
Please refer to the full list of prohibited Wix sectors here.
How can I start using Vyne?
It’s really easy to sign up and can take less than 5 minutes if your documents are at hand.
- Use your business email address to sign up and create your Vyne account. You'll receive an email to activate your account.
- Once we've received everything and have completed our checks, you'll be able to create a settlement account in your Merchant portal in which you can confirm where all your payments have been received and settled.
- All done – you're ready to start taking your first payment.
You can find the detailed step-by-step process on how to integrate with Vyne here.
How do I pay Vyne fees?
During your 30-day free trial period, you will not pay any transaction or monthly fees. Our fees will be automatically deducted from the total in your settlement account. You can sign into your merchant portal at any time to see the amount billed per month, full fee breakdown and your fee schedule on the billing page. To help with reconciliation, you can download a settlement account statement from the settlement accounts page showing all debits and credits to your account including single payments, refunds and fees incurred. Follow this link to find out how to do this.
Do I have a direct contact at Vyne?
We've built a bespoke self-serve application process to make it effortless and quick to start taking payments. For any general questions about your Wix dashboard, please contact Wix Customer Care.
If you have any questions about your Vyne Merchant portal, settlement, reconciliation or would like to change who has access, please get in touch with us by submitting a support ticket.
If your customer has a question about goods or services received, as with any other payment, they are still covered under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. If a subscription is involved, they are covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and will need to follow related steps.
In the highly unlikely event that Vyne misdirects a payment, we are liable to reimburse the payment under Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation. You can find our FCA listing here.
Closing your account
If you would like to close your account with Vyne, you must disconnect through Wix and also let us know in writing by submitting a support ticket, this is so we can make the relevant changes on our end and close your Merchant portal account.
